<p>The championship game will be place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida on July 14 and will kick off at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on June 20, according to South American governing body CONMEBOL.</p>
<p>Among the US locations for the special edition of the event—usually held in South America but to be hosted by the United States in 2024—are NFL stadiums, both of which have hosted the Super Bowl.</p>
<p>Alejandro Dominguez, president of CONMEBOL, said, “We expect stadiums filled with the passion of the entire American continent for the inauguration and final of an unforgettable CONMEBOL Copa America.” “We anticipate the greatest CONMEBOL Copa America ever.”</p>
<p>Four teams will be chosen by Tuesday in order to compete for six CONCACAF berths in the tournament, and two more teams will be chosen in play-off matches in March 2024.</p>
<p>In preparation for co-hosting the 2026 World Cup with Mexico and Canada, the US will use this tournament as a warm-up.</p>
